These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Guess The Gross (the "Game"), operated by FlickDirect INC. By using the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

The Service

The Game is a free daily puzzle in which you guess a movie's worldwide box office. Content, including the daily puzzle, is provided for entertainment and may change or be unavailable from time to time.

Accounts

Signing in is optional and uses Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure.

Acceptable Use

Please do not misuse the Game — including attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized or automated means, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The Game and its original content, features, and design are owned by FlickDirect INC and protected by law. Movie titles, images, and data are provided by TMDB and OMDb and belong to their respective owners; they are used for informational and entertainment purposes. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Game.

Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Box-office figures and movie data are provided for entertainment and may contain inaccuracies or be incomplete. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlickDirect INC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the Game, in whole or in part, at any time. You may stop using the Game at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
